Terms of use

DRAFT for CEO and counsel review. Not in effect. Bracketed items must be completed or confirmed before launch, and this box removed.

Last updated: 2026-10-28 (draft)

1. About the service

BookingAI lets a professional (an "owner") set the rules for their own calendar, including price, visibility, capacity and notice, and publish a booking page or embed it on their own site. A person who books a time is a "booker".

BookingAI is offered in the United States only. You may use it only if you are in the United States.

2. Preview status

BookingAI is in preview. The service may change, pause or stop at any time. While in preview, payments are turned off and no money is taken.

3. Owner accounts

You must give accurate information when you create an account, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Owner responsibilities

As an owner, you are responsible for the rules, prices and availability you set, for honouring the bookings made through your calendar, and for complying with the laws that apply to what you sell. The terms you give your own customers are between you and them. BookingAI is not a party to them.

5. Bookers

When you book, give accurate name, email and mobile details, and attend or cancel in line with the owner's terms.

6. Payments

[Payment terms for paid bookings, including how money reaches owners, will be published before any live payment is taken. Not yet decided.]

7. Acceptable use

Do not use BookingAI to break the law, to send unwanted messages, to try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or to interfere with the service for others.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the rules, calendar details and other content you add. You give BookingAI the permission it needs to store and show that content to run the service.

9. No warranty and limit of liability

[Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability: to be drafted by counsel.] Until then, the service is provided as is during preview.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute that arises out of or relates to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Williamson County, Texas, in accordance with the policies of the American Arbitration Association. For any matter not resolved by arbitration, the venue is the state courts located in Williamson County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division.
