Accessibility statement
DRAFT for CEO review. Not in effect. Bracketed items must be completed or confirmed before launch, and this box removed.
Last updated: 2026-10-28 (draft)
Our commitment
BookingAI aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, for its public pages and for the owner pages.
What we have done
- Every form field on the booking page has a visible label, and error messages are linked to their fields.
- The booking page can be used with a keyboard, and focus is shown with a visible outline.
- Each page has a "skip to content" link.
- Available times are chosen from a native select list.
What has not been checked yet
We have not yet done a full accessibility audit of any page. Colour contrast has not been measured against the final design. The owner builder page, with its rule editor, has not been tested with screen readers.
Booking pages on other sites
An owner can place a BookingAI booking page on their own site using the embed. The booking page inside the frame keeps its own accessible controls, but the surrounding page is the owner's responsibility.
Report a problem
If you find something that is hard to use, email [email protected]. Tell us the page, what you tried, and what happened. We will reply within [timeframe: proposed 5 business days; CEO to confirm].
Date
This statement was written on 2026-10-19 and will be reviewed when a full audit is done.
